Our Team

While our extended team runs far and wide, our day-to-day operations are managed by a stellar internal team of multi-disciplined marketing experts.

A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with a dual major in Marketing and Graphic Communications, Jessica has spent 25+ years crafting and telling brand stories for international conglomerates like the YMCA, Pentair and Sephora – as well as homegrown staples like the Milwaukee Brewers and Mitchell Airport.

She began her career with advertising powerhouses DDB (NYC) and C-K (Milwaukee). Prior to going out on her own, she spent more than a decade at a full-service boutique agency in Walker’s Point. Her professional accomplishments include many national accolades.

Her high standards, creativity, quick wit and breadth of experience has allowed Jessica to craft effective, strategic solutions for decades. Since launching Savvie (formerly Her & Himsel) at the end of 2016, Jessica has amassed a list of clients both locally and nationally.

Jessica was honored as a “Woman of Significance” in Milwaukee’s creative community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Step Beyond Green to Healthy, a nonprofit aligned with homeowners and the remodeling industry, dedicated to creating healthier indoor environments. Excited to give back, she is actively involved in supporting the next generation of Milwaukee professionals by being a Coach and Advisor for skills accelerator programs and a portfolio reviewer for AIGA Wisconsin.

Born and raised in Milwaukee, Jessica has also spent time living in St. Louis and NYC. Her Midwestern roots keep her grounded, her adventures keep her inspired. When not working or spending time with her three kids, she enjoys traveling, bike riding, hiking, cooking, gardening – and interjecting fun wherever possible.

It’s all in a name, and Jess has had a few. Perhaps you’ve known her as Jessica Himsel, Jessica Mikecz or Jordache Jessica?

Born and raised in the Milwaukee area, Alli has loved telling stories her whole life. Since graduating from Marquette University in 2013 with a degree in Advertising and Marketing, she has jumped into the world of marketing to become a part of the storytelling process.

Having served roles on corporate communications, nonprofit marketing and agency creative teams, Alli has a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of process. Detail-oriented and checklist-driven, she finds great joy in strategizing how best to share brand stories with the right audiences.

Prior to joining the Savvie team, Alli served as the Marketing Manager at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Wisconsin, telling the stories of the many families they served while their children were receiving medical treatment at area hospitals. She also has experience working in corporate communications in the printing industry and at a major retailer.

When she’s not working, Alli is likely being bossed around by two adorable tyrant toddlers. If they allow it, she can be found with a Diet Coke in hand listening to audiobooks or playing fetch with her dog, Fergus. She also enjoys road trips, exploring new restaurants with her chef husband and spending time with her (incredibly large!) extended family.

Alli has also had some fun with her nomenclature. She has formerly been known as: Alexandra Sandstrom, Alex Sandstrom and Alli Sandstrom.

Haley has been an asset to the Savvie team for nearly three years already, having joined the crew prior to graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater in 2022! Equipped with a double major in Marketing and Management, Haley gets. things. done!

A whiz with all things social and technical, Haley adeptly faces all challenges with grace – and, don’t tell her parents – plenty of (necessary) profanity. All with a smile and contagious laughter that brings joy to the workplace.

In her free time, Haley is an avid concert goer and adventurer. Fun fact: Haley has traveled to 44 states and 6 different countries! She enjoys walking, listening to podcasts, and playing with her German Shorthaired Pointer, Levi. As a new homeowner, she has taken to baking new recipes she finds on Pinterest. (Although, FWIW, she has yet to bring anything into the office to share! So… the jury is out on how adept she is in that kitchen LOL.)

Haley Logan Stapel has such a cool name, she’s had no need to fabricate an alternate. 🙂

Equal parts cute, cuddly and naughty, lil’ Miss Maebel livens up every room she’s in with her antics. With no real concept of her small stature, she takes on any aggressor, visitor or noise with an unrivaled fierceness that ranges from endearing to unnerving. Maebel is on a hybrid WFH schedule – so please schedule meetings with her in advance to ensure her participation.

Most of Maebel’s aliases are four-letter words. Ha!
